Welcome to the 2012/13 season of the Hanoi International Football League!
Please look through the rules, league schedule and opening day fixtures which can be found on this website. We will keep the website updated with fixtures, results, the league table and top goalscorers throughout the year.
We are delighted to welcome a new team - FC X-Men - to the league. We are also happy to welcome Al Fresco's back. From looking around in pre-season it seems like all the old clubs have a new wave of young players coming through which will undoubtedly help raise the standard of football played.
One thing to note is that the cup has changed format this year - we will only play one leg / game per round. We also hope to establish a seven-a-side competition in Spring.
As always, a lot of thanks to all the people at the different clubs whose hard work makes games happen and the league a reality, especially Brice, from Roots, who was the league coordinator before me and has made it very easy to organise the upcoming season. We look forward to another competitive season and hope a sense of fair play and enjoyment will keep things honest.
